When should I go there ?

The best time to travel to Hoi An is from February to April. The evening time is much nicer than the day time. If possible, you should go on the 14th in lunar calendar to join in the lantern festival. Depart: 3 pm. Come back: 9-10 pm. Or you can choose to stay in Hoian for 1-3 nights.
